HIRE RATES
The Painted Tree Gallery is available for hire to individuals and community groups for 'one-off' short and medium term exhibitions and functions.
Hire fees contribute towards overheads, rental, insurance, cleaning and some administration. The gallery is managed solely by volunteers.

| Northcliffe community group (non commercial) | $50 per week |
| Individual/Out of town/Commercial | $75 per week |
Daily rate: | |
| Half day (3 hours or less) | $30 per session |
| Full day (6 hours or less) | $40 per session |
All prices quoted are Exclusive of GST.

A HIRE AGREEMENT will need to be signed to confirm your booking.
SALES
The Painted Tree Gallery is an unaattended space. Staff and volunteers from the Northcliffe Visitor Centre (located adjacent to the gallery) assist with sales as the customer service point. Signage within the gallery alerts potential buyers to contact Visitor Centre personel for assistance. The commission rate for sales is 20%.
PROMOTION
Southern Forest Arts can offer promotional assistance to help market an event held within the gallery. These are negotiable upon a case by case basis.
A basic package may include:
- A4 full-colour Poster design, printing and local distribution
- DL size invitation design, printing and local distribution (including bulk postage)
- email invitation to SFA database
- media release development for local print media outlets
Costs for this service range from $50-$100
